Approved reimbursements will be issued to the original payment source within 5 business days. After commencing download, purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of digital access.
4.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods are eligible for a refund if reported defective within 5 days of delivery. To initiate, contact us via contact form with evidence of damage. Upon approval, we will ship a replacement or issue reimbursement within 7 business days after the item is received at our facility.
